This sorter is developed in a modular concept to sort the fruit like: Apple, Orange, Peach, Plums, and all the round shape fruit.
There are two version available, with pitch 76mm and pitch 90mm: the first is adapted to sort small fruit like: Mandarins, Apricot, Plums, etc.; the second is best suit to sort fruit like: Apple, Orange, Peach, etc.
The machine is equiped with an electric box and a vision system specialy developed, the operating terminal can be reloacated everywhere easily, and can be equiped also with a wireless remote control, for an easy use of the machine.
The machine is managed by a Vision System specialy developed by our-self. General Characteristic: The machine is predisposed to sort using the weight, diameter or area (or equivalent volume), and color, to sort the fruit in different class and caliber, sending to the right exit; it's possible define also alternate exit in the case the normal exit is full,
can be connected also with the printer device to emit the adesive label for a complete traciability. Vision System: Number of program : Unlimited database. Fruit Class : max 20 Caliber Division : max 35 Number of exit per caliber : max 32 The program was set to operate with on the screen the layout of the machine, over this there are the caliber present on every exit.
The machine is equiped with complete test for an easy startup of the vision system and for the subsequent maintenance.
