Fruit Sorting Technology

The Sorter Line series S4 was designed to satisfy the needs of small fruit producers, whose production requirements are reduced and the cost of the sorter line is very important. The Machine in version only for weight is realized in Basic or Extended form; in option there is a variant with the possibility to separate it for Diameter or Color in basic form, so it's possible select some fruits with the technique of Electronic Diameter. The compact form permit to place the system in tight spaces, but in also to equip it with some accessories to guarantee more productivity and /or logistics. The machine control is done through an electronic panel to control all inverter with the possibility to connect the panel to Computer, Tablet and Smartphone through the wireless connection. The machine has been developed to obtain an installation suited to the logistics space of each customer, with reduced technical intervention. The system was built completely to optimize the energy consumption.
